A typical session starts with a conversation with the player which allows me to figure out what the desired outcome of the session is. Is it skill improvement, mistake mitigation, growing their IQ or learning drills they can practice on their own. And then after a warm up I will lead the player through a series of drills tailored to their individual goals.
